A former inmate who allegedly attacked a 20-year-old autistic employee in a Queens Stop & Shop parking lot was freed without bail on Saturday, enraging the victim’s family.

Alvin Martinez, 62, was released from jail despite requests from the Queens District Attorney to set bail for his alleged attacker.

“Another example of our revolving door justice system working to benefit violent criminals while innocent people suffer,” a family member of the victim, who was not publicly identified, told The Post.

Martinez allegedly targeted a disabled employee outside the Rockaway Park store on Thursday — marking the second time in just six months that an employee was beaten by a violent stranger.

Martinez has a record dating back to 1982, including convictions for criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a controlled substance, petit larceny and grand larceny.
